Jay Goodwin
As a TPI Golf Fitness Level 3 coach, Jay evaluates the body-swing connection and builds golf-specific programs around mobility, posture, rotational strength, speed, and durability.
Jay holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a master's degree in Kinesiology. With more than 20 years in the fitness industry and 15 years coaching in the Lowcountry, he has trained professional athletes, local golf instructors, and players working toward stronger, more efficient movement.

A Coastal Carolina University PGA Golf Management graduate, Jessica is a Class A PGA Professional, TPI Level 1 Golf Fitness Trainer, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach. She is also prenatal and postpartum certified.
